Do Playtri mechanics charge by the hour?
For most repair and maintenance work, we offer package pricing and à la carte services.
For bike disassembly and packing, labor is $120 per hour (packing materials and shipping cost not included).

How much do the tune-ups cost?
Pricing can vary by location and bike type. Contact your local Playtri store for current pricing, especially for Platinum Care Service.
Do some bikes cost more to service?
Yes. Some restrictions apply, and certain bikes may require additional fees depending on design, complexity, or condition.
How long do I have to pick up my bike after service is completed?
Bikes must be picked up within three business days of the completion notification.
Bikes not picked up within three business days are subject to bike storage fees, charged at our standard daily rate until the bike is picked up.
Do you offer bike shipping and assembly services?
Yes—Playtri can help coordinate bike shipping and assembly. Please contact your local store to arrange details.
What bike build options do you offer?
